What gives you happiness? For many of us, it could very well be what I do. I help people. Most of us help people. We help our family, our kids, someone else’s kids and family, friends and so on. I additionally help people gain greater health and functionality through exercise and healthy lifestyle. And in turn, they can pursue greater fulfillment in life! Pretty exciting actually to see people’s faces and how happy they become!
